According to Webster:
As 2012 came to an end I thought about possible projects for 2013 and decided to do one that revolved around Angels. As a kid raised by my religious grandmother...there were Angels everywhere around the house. I was always intrigued by the thought of what an Angel really was. Was it a physical being who came in when you needed them the most and rescued you from an unfortunate situation? or was it something otherworldly that gave you protection without you even knowing it. I am most certainly not discussing religion, however a personal feeling that I wouldn't ordinarily share with anyone...It's one of those internal dialogues people have with themselves. (Well at least I do.LOL!)
I now believe that it's both...throughout my life I have come across people who were truly Angels. The cab driver who took me to my driving test and eased my nerves and stuck around to see me pass. Or the friendly girl on my first day of nursing school who took me to my classes so I wouldn't get lost. Not to mention the feeling of having someone at my back when I'm alone.
For this project I decided to use little girls and some not so little :)
There will be 2 photos for each child and I will be posting them as I go...I hope you all enjoy them.
"A Pending Bond"
The story of these 3 Angels will be in a separate blog...
The next Angel is Victoria...and she is truly stunning :)
Fifth Angel is the beautiful Asia...I have decided to add 3 of her photos.
"Beacon of Hope"
Fourth Angel Koryna...quite a surprise that Kory actually agreed to it :)
"Within her Thoughts"
Third Angel Victoria
This precious came all the way from Puerto Rico and posed for me the day before she went back home. I was in such awe at how she posed and how professional she was. I am totally loving working with little girls...they take such great direction.
My second Angel is Penelope...
"I love you," Something she came up with herself...sometimes the innocence of children amazes me :)
The first model was my Goddaughter Kaycee :)
